Community Profile (PDF) The Annual Almira Country Fair is held each year during the last weekend in September. This event features a parade, craft show, games and other old fashioned country activities.In April a Community Yard sale is scheduled around the Baseball Schedule.The Hotel Almira is on the National Register of Historic Places. On this 20 mile stretch the bird watching is at it’s best. This trail is a loop off the tourist route called the Coulee Corridor. Both Lake Roosevelt and Banks Lake are within 30 miles of Almira.
